Abstract (en)
Drying of a dispersion lacquer and/or printing ink on a printing substrate is carried out using a near infrared (NIR) dryer operated at a wavelength of 0.8-2.0 (preferably 0.8-1.2) mu m and a radiation density of 200-1000 (preferably 400-1000) kW/m2>, the NIR drier being preceded or followed by a hot air (HA) dryer and/or an infrared (IR) dryer. An independent claim is included for printed products obtained by the process.

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Trocknen eines Dispersionslacks und/oder einer Druckfarbe auf einem Bedruckstoff beschrieben, wobei ein NIR-(nahes Infrarot) Trockner mit einem Wellenlängenbereich von 0,8-2,0 µm und einer Strahlungsdichte von 200 - 1000 kW/m<2> eingesetzt wird und dem NIR-Trockner ein TL-(Thermoluft-) Trockner und/oder ein IR-Trockner vor- oder nachgeschaltet wird/werden.
