Abstract (en)
The mixed fibre fabric underlay for a grinding or sanding belt has a mixture of cotton and synthetic threads with a synthetic fibre component in the warp threads of between zero and seventy percent and in the weft threads of between ten and one hundred percent. The underlay can be formed in a ring, rotor, air jet or friction spinning machine.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Schleifband mit einer Milchfaser-Gewebeunterlage aus Baumwolle und Synthesefasern, wobei in der Gesamtheit aller Kettfasern ein Synthesefaseranteil von 0° bis 70% und in der Gesamtheit aller Schussfasern ein Synthesefaseranteil im Bereich von 10 bis 100% vorhanden ist und der Synthesefaseranteil in der Gesamtheit aller Kettfasern sich vom Synthesefaseranteil in der Gesamtheit aller Schussfasern unterscheidet. <IMAGE>
