Abstract (en)
The pump has a pump housing (1), in that a pump shaft (2) has a cam section (3) swivellingly stored with a pump piston (4). The piston is propelled by the pump shaft in a cylinder radially and moveable back and forth. On the pump shaft a counter balance (6) is arranged, which provides an imbalance of the pump shaft while the pump works against it. The counter balance has the same eccentricity (E) as the cam section of the pump shaft. The counter balance is connected with the pump shaft by a hub connection (7).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Radialkolbenpumpe, insbesondere eine Radialkolbenpumpe für die Kraftstoffhochdruckerzeugung, mit einem Pumpengehäuse (1) in dem eine Pumpenwelle (2) mit einem Exzenterabschnitt (3) drehbar gelagert ist, und mit wenigstens einem von der Pumpenwelle (2) angetriebenen Pumpenkolben (4) der in einem Pumpenzylinder (5) radial zur Pumpenwelle (2) hin- und her bewegbar angeordnet ist. Auf der Pumpenwelle (2) ist ein Ausgleichsgewicht (6) angeordnet, welches einer Umwucht der Pumpenwelle (2) während des Pumpenbetriebs entgegen wirkt. Die Radialkolbenpumpe eignet sich insbesondere zur Kraftstoffhochdruckerzeugung in modernen Common-Rail-Einspritzsystemen. <IMAGE>
