Abstract (en)
The process involves positioning and pre-equipping a torsion spring (5) on a movable part by fixing two ends of the spring to the movable part. The movable part is assembled on a fixed part, such that one of the two ends of the spring is freed from the movable part for being supported on the fixed part for equipping the torsion spring upon creating torsional moment between the two parts. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle having a lighting and/or signaling device.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'assemblage d'un ressort de torsion entre une pièce fixe et une pièce mobile d'un dispositif d'éclairage et/ou de signalisation de véhicule automobile du type projecteur, comportant les étapes suivantes : on positionne et on pré-arme ledit ressort sur la pièce mobile en fixant ses deux extrémités à la pièce mobile avec un couple de torsion, on assemble ladite pièce mobile sur la pièce fixe, assemblage au cours duquel l'une des deux extrémités du ressort se libère de la pièce mobile en prenant appui sur la pièce fixe, de façon à armer le ressort en créant un couple de torsion entre pièce fixe et pièce mobile. <IMAGE>
