Abstract (en)

The meshwork needle drive system consists of a rotary electrical actuator (6) with its output shaft (7) linked kinematically by rotary to reciprocating motion converters, to the meshwork weaving needles (4). The motion converters are spaced at adjustable intervals along the shaft, each driving one needle through a rack and pinion mechanism (8, 9). The shaft has a non-circular cross-section and fits through matching holes in the pinions.

Abstract (fr)

<IMAGE>
