[origin: GB2399106A] An end cap 20, being a cover for a roof beam 12 end in a conservatory roof, has one or more internal projections (30, fig 3) for locating in corresponding apertures in the roof beam 12. The projections may comprise two pins (30) which locate in holes in the top of beam 12. The cap may be U-shaped, having a closed end 22 and overlapping the top 24 and bottom (26, fig 4) sides of the beam. It may also have a drainage slit (31, fig 6). The roof beam 12 preferably supports glazing panels 10 and is connected at its ends to a ridge beam and an eaves beam. The roof beam 12 preferably comprises a metal core profile in a plastics sheath 16 to which is fitted a cap 18 which retains glazing 10. The end cap 20 is preferably mounted on the beam 12 by a push-fit.
