Abstract (en)
The device folds the side tabs of the cut-outs by 180 degrees with rollers or similar to make a packaging casing. It has a number of curved holders (2) along the transport path of the cut-out that run in a plane perpendicular to the transport direction with a radius about the bend point of the tab to be folded. Each holder has at least one roller (4) whose spatial position can be freely but reproducibly adjusted.

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist eine Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Falten von Zuschnitten aus Karton/Kunststoff-Verbundmaterial zur Herstellung von Packungen für Getränke oder Lebensmittel, wobei die Seitenlaschen des Zuschnitts mittels Rollen (4) oder dergleichen zur Herstellung eines Packungsmantels um 180° gefaltet werden. Um bei einfacher konstruktiver Ausgestaltung reproduzierbare Einstellungen der Rollen zu erreichen, ist vorgesehen, dass entlang des Transportweges der Zuschnitte eine Mehrzahl von Bogenhaltern (2,2',2") vorgesehen sind, welche jeweils in einer Ebene senkrecht zur Transportrichtung verlaufen und deren Radius um den Knickpunkt der zu faltenden Lasche verläuft, und dass an den Bogenhaltern jeweils mindestens eine Rolle (4) angeordnet ist, deren Raumlage frei, jedoch reproduzierbar, eingestellt werden kann. <IMAGE>
