The device has first and second unrolling devices (4,5) for film rolls (6,7), a splicer (13,14) for splicing films (2,3) from the first and second unrolling devices at a splicing position, a movable transfer device (10) for transferring a film from an unrolling device to the splicing position and a holding device (11,12a,12b) for holding the film that can be transferred by the transfer device in a fixed position. An independent claim is also included for a packaging machine for packaging with film.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Folienspleißstation sowie ein Verfahren hierzu mit einer ersten (4) und einer zweiten (2) Abrolleinrichtung für je eine Folienrolle, einer Spleißeinrichtung (13,14) zum Spleißen von Folien der ersten und zweiten Abrolleinrichtung an einer Spleißposition, einer bewegbaren Transfereinrichtung (10) zum Transferieren einer Folie (3) einer Abrolleinrichtung zu der Spleißposition und mit einer Halteeinrichtung (11,12a,12b) zum ortsfesten Halten der Folie (3) die durch die Transfereinrichtung (10) transferiert werden kann. <IMAGE>
