Abstract (en)
The body comprises at least two open profiles (10, 11) which are joined together. They are pressed components lying flat together at the bonding surfaces (22, 29), which are adhered together. In the hollow cavity (12, 34) of the profiles, auxiliary fastenings (20, 40, 51, 61) are located in an overlapping region; they are adhered-in. External grooves (67) run transversely with respect to the length of the profile, with intervening wavy bridging sections (69). A common longitudinal groove (64) connects the transverse grooves, arranged in an additional section (63) located on the exterior of a profile (58). The profiles are formed from unidirectional- (UD-) prepregs. At least two prepregs are laid on each other, preferably with the fibers directed longitudinally and transversely. The body has a greater proportion of fiber than the prepreg. At least one profile is curved in section. At least one has an angled reinforcing strip (28, 44, 48, 49) standing away from the cavity. The profile shapes can only be laid together in a unique orientation.

Es wird eine Wirkwerkzeug-Barre (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 2, 3, 4) einer Wirkmaschine angegeben mit einem einen faserverstärkten Kunststoff aufweisenden Korpus, der mit Wänden einen Hohlraum (12) umgibt, der sich in Längsrichtung erstreckt. Man möchte eine Barre mit geringer Masse und hoher mechanischer Stabilität angeben. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, daß der Korpus aus mindestens zwei offenen Profilen (10, 11; 10', 11'; 32, 33; 45, 46; 57, 58, 63) zusammengesetzt ist. <IMAGE>
