[origin: WO2004075876A1] The invention relates to a form of administration for orally administering active substances, vitamins, and/or nutrients by means of a drinking straw. Said drinking straw comprises two apertures, an active substance formulation, vitamin formulation, and/or nutrient formulation, and a locking device that can slide in the direction of suction and is impermeable to said formulation while being permeable to air and a conveying liquid. The sliding surfaces of the drinking straw are embodied at least in such a way that movement of the locking device counter to the direction of suction is at least made difficult.
