[origin: EP1602472A1] Device for production of profiled parts from powder, especially metal powder, from a powder containing paste-like, free flowing or prepressed material comprising a die (1) consisting of a base body (2), a die housing (3) having a cylindrical cross-section contour giving a forming surface (4) for the profiled part. The system includes a press or extrusion die (5)(sic) which enters into an opening in the die shell in which the powder can be compacted. An independent claim is included for production of profiled parts as described above.
