Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1603187A1] A pot (21) has a first material with a first temperature expansion coefficient (TEC). A cover (22) has a second material with a second TEC greater than the first TEC. If the temperature rises, the pot expands and the cover distorts so that both cause enlargement in a cavity resonance volume (V). An independent claim is also included for an oscillator circuit integrated into a ceramic substrate like a low-temperature co-fired multilayered ceramic.
