[origin: EP1603199A1] The device has two lead frames, each provided with a given number of input terminals (3) and output terminals (4). Each input terminal (3) is connected electrically to the output terminal (4) via conductors. A unit assembles the lead frames, and a unit transfers from the assigned conductors, after assembling, a different number of output terminals to the frames. An independent claim is also included for a sub-flywheel control of a steering column of a vehicle.
