Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2853061A1] The laser has an optical ring cavity (1) with warning systems (4, 42, 43) having an optical unit at an interior of the optical cavity. The warning systems have reciprocating effect and non-reciprocating effect devices (7, 8) acting on polarization state of two counter propagating modes. The warning systems have a regulating unit to regulate the reciprocating or non-reciprocating effects of the respective devices. The ring cavity includes three mirrors (11-13), a solid state amplifier medium (19), and the warning systems, which are arranged to have two counter propagating modes.
