[origin: EP1457889A1] A method of obtaining data associated with a content item, comprising the steps of performing (33) a database lookup using an identifier for the content item to obtain the data and submitting (37) the content item for processing by a human (200) if the database lookup fails to obtain the data, characterized in that at least one of the steps is adjusted depending on a step (35) of classification of the content item into one of a number of classes. In one embodiment the database lookup is performed if (44) the content item was classified into one of a number of predetermined classes. In another embodiment the content item is submitted for processing by the human if (36) the database lookup fails to obtain the data and the content item was classified into one of a number of predetermined classes.
