[origin: EP1607007A1] Several parts to be assembled in order to form cigarettes are moved while being connected to the outer surface of a rotating drum (10) by suction ducts (16). The openings (15) at the top of the ducts (16) are positioned in a row parallel to the rotation axle (18) of the drum (10). When parts of another size have to be conveyed, the openings (15) can be adjusted in size by control elements (27) designed as disks and located at either end of the drum (10). The disks (27) can be swiveled around the rotation axis (18) and locked in one of two different positions.
