Abstract (en)
The spreading roller assembly (3) incorporates a bearing member (1) with a thin blade and thickened housing (2) all made of the same plastics material. The roller can rotate to spread a pasty material on paper or cardboard. The roller can rotate in a circular-section cutout in the bearing member. The cutout extends through more than 180 degrees to positively hold the roller in place and has sharp entry (5) and exit (6) edges. There is a first groove (11) in the bearing surface, with a scraper blade (4) and a foam rubber insert (7). The first groove is followed by a second groove (10) for admission of cleaning fluid and a third scraper blade arrangement with a spring (8).

Es wird ein Rakelbett (1) zur Aufnahme eines kreiszylinderförmigen Rakelstabes (3), mit einem in seinem Querschnitt senkrecht zur Zylinderlängsachse des Rakelstabes (3) aus einem homogenen Werkstoff einteilig ausgeführten, eine den Rakelstab (3) um mindestens 180° formgenau umfassende, kreiszylindrische Ausnehmung aufweisenden Gehäuse (2) beschrieben, bei dem an dem Gehäuse (2) im Bereich der Ausnehmung mindestens eine parallel zu der Zylinderlängsachse des Rakelstabes (3) verlaufende Nut (11) angeordnet ist, in welcher eine Abstreifleiste (4) lösbar zwischen Rakelstab (3) und Rakelbett (1) anordbar ist. <IMAGE>
