Abstract (en)
The bottle labelling machine includes a contact pressure device (11) with pressure element to press and smooth the label against the bottle. The contact pressure element (13) of an inactive labelling station (4,6) moves from its work position into a rest position at least slightly outside of the motion plane of the bottle. The non-active labelling station can be brought together with the pressure device from the work position to the rest and/or maintenance position.

Vorgestellt wird eine Vorrichtung zum Etikettieren von Gefäßen wie Flaschen, Dosen und anderen Behältern und Gebinden mit einem Gefäßförderer und an dessen Peripherie wechselweise arbeitswirksam positionierten Etikettierstationen (4-7) mit einer Etikettenübergabe- und Spendeeinrichtung (9) für auf einem Trägerband herangeführte und auf diesem haftende Etiketten (8), die mittels der Spendeeinrichtung im Übergabebereich an den eine überlagerte Eigenrotation aufweisenden Gefäßmantel (10) haftend aufgebracht werden sowie mit einer Andrückvorrichtung (11) mit Andrückelement (13) zum Andrücken und/oder Glätten der an die Gefäße abgegebenen Etiketten, wobei vorgesehen ist, dass das Andrückelement (13) einer inaktiven Etikettierstation aus seiner Arbeitsposition in eine Ruheposition mindestens geringfügig außerhalb der Gefäßbewegungsebene verbringbar ist.
