Abstract (en)
The process involves detaching a closed tubular body (1) of a cartridge made of molded plastic material from a base (2) of the cartridge for movement of a piston. A cork (3) is positioned at an opposite end of the base after the pasty product e.g. grease, is filled in the cartridge. The body provides an ovoid section after the filling of the product in the cartridge for positioning of the cork.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour obturer une cartouche cylindrique en matière plastique moulée déformable constituée d'un corps tubulaire (1) fermé, avant utilisation, à l'une de ses extrémités par un fond détachable (2), dont le détachement procure un passage assurant la libre circulation du piston d'un pistolet distributeur d'un produit pâteux, ledit procédé étant remarquable en ce qu'il comprend, après remplissage du produit pâteux, le positionnement d'un bouchon amovible (3) à l'extrémité opposée du fond de ladite cartouche, ledit bouchon (3) comprenant des moyens aptes à contraindre la paroi latérale du corps (1) initialement tubulaire de la cartouche qui présente, après son remplissage de produits pâteux chauds, une section globalement ovoïde, à reprendre une section circulaire nécessaire au bon positionnement dudit bouchon (3). <IMAGE>
