Abstract (en)
Polyurethane urea fibers (A) (with decreased inclination to color change during a thermal treatment and high chlorine stability of at least 85% segmented polyurethane urea) comprises 0.30-10 wt.% of finely divided hydrotalcite (I), which is coated with 1-5 wt.%, related to the weight of the coated hydrotalcite, of dialkylsulfosuccinate (II). Polyurethane urea fibers (A) (with decreased inclination to color change during a thermal treatment and high chlorine stability of at least 85% segmented polyurethane urea) comprises 0.30-10 wt.% of finely divided hydrotalcite (I) of formula (M1-x2+>Alx(OH)2Ax/n-n->.mH2O), where the hydrotalcite is coated with 1-5 wt.%, related to the weight of the coated hydrotalcite, of dialkylsulfosuccinate (II). M2+>magnesium; A-n->anion with valence number n of OH-, CO32-> (preferred) or silicate; x : less than 0 or less than or equal to 0.5; and m : less than 0 or 1. Independent claims are also included for: (1) the preparation of (A); and (2) textile goods (preferably cord, knitwear or fabrics) prepared using (A) (preferably in mixture with synthetic fibers like polyamide, polyester or polyacryl fibers and/or with natural fibers like wool, silk or cotton).

Die Erfindung betrifft elastische Polyurethanharnstofffasern, die im Rahmen der erforderlichen Prozessschritte zur Herstellung von Gewirken bzw. Stoffen oder Textilien, z.B. der Thermofixierung oder des Mouldings, keine unerwünschten Verfärbungen zeigen und in wässrigen, chlorhaltigen Umgebungen, wie beispielsweise in Schwimmbädern für Badebekleidung eingesetzt werden können und ein Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung. Die Polyurethanharnstofffasern enthalten mit Dialkylsulfosuccinaten beschichtete Hydrotalcite.
