In a fuel supply apparatus (1) a fuel pump (5) is disposed in a fuel tank (4) and a fuel tank cover member (3) is disposed at a top portion of the fuel tank. An electronic circuit section (13) is fixedly integrated into the fuel tank cover member (3), and the electronic circuit section (13) includes a pump controlling section that controls the fuel pump (5). Moreover, the electronic circuit section (13) is molded into the fuel tank cover member (3) by using resin. <IMAGE>
