[origin: EP1609725A1] The container has four folding lateral panels (6-9) extending between an upper frame (3) and a base (2). One of the panels (6, 7) rotates with respect to the upper frame (3). A locking unit (16) locks rotating movement of the panels (6, 7) when the container is filled with load and rests on the ground, and permits rotating movement for the panels (6, 7) when the container is empty.
