The installation has an extraction shower including a shower hose (6) and a winding device that is arranged in an installation area (11) for the shower hose. The installation area is arranged perpendicular to a building wall (7) above a bathing or showering tub. The installation is inserted in a mounting case (9) made up of plastics or metal. A wall fastener is provided for a holder of the hose.
