Abstract (en)

A modular building system for constructing a building comprises a frame 11 for detachably mounting modules 2 providing rooms and modules 3 providing services to the rooms. The service modules 3 are located between room modules 2 and the modules 2,3 can be inserted in and removed from the frame 11 without compromising the integrity of the building.
