[origin: EP1609930A2] The appliance is fixed to a shaft (4) with a shaft body (5) which has a closable top (6). It has an electronic security unit (1) comprising electronic closure device (10) with bolt (11) to close off the shaft. The security device has a closing plate (30) fastened to the shaft body and an electronic key which can be input with an opening code. The unit has a surveillance and alarm device (2) connected to a central control panel with contacts (433) located between the cover and the shaft body.
