[origin: WO2004089644A1] The invention relates to a value and security document and to a system consisting of a value and security document, which comprises a carrier and a security feature that has perforations in at least some sections of at least one first region. Some of said perforations penetrate the carrier. A respective second region comprising perforations is provided on the value and security document and on the decoder, at least some of said perforations penetrating the carrier. The perforations of the first region(s) and second region(s) are arranged in such a way that when they are superimposed, they reveal information, which is at least partially visible to the observer when viewed through the superimposed continuous perforations of the first and second region(s). The invention also relates to a method for producing value and security documents, or systems of this type consisting of a value and security document and a decoder.
