Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1611813A1] The strip has a convex cut part (3) forming a gripping tab at an end (2) of a rectangular part (4) for stripping the strip. A rectangular active zone (A) contacts with a wax layer previously placed on skin or on the strip, and a neutral zone (N) constituted by the tab. The tab has a width lower than that of the strip and symmetrically formed on both sides of a longitudinal axis (XX`). The strip is made of polyester or polypropylene. An independent claim is also included for utilization of a cutting tool for obtaining several depilatory strips.
