[origin: WO2004096395A1] A cashless gaming system (Fig 1a) provides a plurality of games to many player terminals (100a-100n) connected to a central controller. A remote monitoring system may track or control activity at the terminals. Game software may be stored on the central controller or remote monitoring system and downloaded to player terminals. The present system is employed with terminals that do not accept items of value as coins or tokens.
