Third block (34) calculates brake settings for starting the vehicle while descending and fourth block (35) calculates brake settings for limiting vehicle acceleration, while changing direction of the vehicle in the slope. An Independent claim is also included for a method for controlling break during phases of halt and motion of a vehicle.
