[origin: FR2853963A1] The device has a pipe (100) to permit passage of water to be distributed when pressure difference between distribution and supply networks exceeds one predetermined threshold. Another pipe (126) permits passage of water to be distributed when the pressure difference exceeds another threshold that is lower than former threshold. A sensor provides a signal when water passes through the pipe (126) and does not pass through the pipe (100).
