[origin: EP1614642A1] The device for the holding of especially rubbish bags comprises a bin (1), on the upper edge section of which clamping means with several upwards orientated tongues (10) are installed for the gripping of bags of different sizes. At least a section of the clamping means is formed by at least one rake (3) which extends around a part of the upper edge section. The rake carries several of the tongues and is movably fastened on the edge section. Two rakes may be pivotably fastened on two opposite upper edges (5a-5d) of the bin.
