[origin: FR2856417A1] The closet has a lavatory seat (1) with suction holes through which foul air sucked by a suction case (4) using controlled mechanical ventilation passes, when a user is seated on the seat. An occupancy detector detects the presence of the user in the seat. An electronic timer activates a ventilator after the user gets up from the seat to evacuate air.
