[origin: EP1614978A1] A building has an air conditioning system which discharges air to and abstracts air from a space via a series of dual-function vent grills. The external grill face has one or more air outlets (3) and one or more air inlets (4). The internal grill face has one or more air outlets (9) and one or more air inlets (10). The grill internal face is coupled to a service box (1) incorporating a volume flow regulator (16) and a silencer (12) providing free access to the flow regulator.
