Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1616608A1] The device has a header (2) connected to a balloon serving member (1). The member end has a fork (4) end, of approximately a semi-circle bent arms and at their ends a ring (5) is provided with a tiltable opening (8) around a drag axis (A-A). Inside of the ring a rigid tongue (6) is tiltable fastened. The tongue is limited, and lies close to opposite side of the fork (4) in the operational position of the device at the balloon neck (H). The ring prevents snapping back toward its resting position. The fork neighboring with the member has a screen end attached and provided with projections (9a, 9b) for avoiding jammed balloon necks.
