The dispenser has a reservoir, an applicator and a discharge opening. A finger rest, which can be manually subjected to force, and a pump, having two pump parts which are axially movable relative to each other. The applicator is fixedly connected to the reservoir and the finger rest is axially movable relative to the reservoir and the applicator between a first, non-pressed operating end position and a second, pressed operating end position. The pump is realized in such a way that a constant discharge stroke can be obtained independently of a manual user force.

Zur verbesserten Handhabbarkeit eines Spenders für flüssige Medien wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, einen Applikator (12; 112; 212; 312) des Spenders fest mit einem Medienbehälter auszuführen und eine Fingerauflage (32; 132; 232; 332) zur Betätigung des Spenders axial zu dieser Baugruppe verschiebbar zu gestalten. Als vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen wird ein Spender vorgeschlagen, dessen Pumpe als benutzerunabhängige Pumpe ausgeführt ist, wobei verschiedene mechanische Realisierungen als vorteilhaft angesehen werden.
