Abstract (en)

The dispenser has an applicator, which has a metering opening, having a pump device, which has a pump which can move in the axial direction relative to one another in order to deliver medium out of a reservoir to the metering opening. A metering chamber has an inlet valve which has a manually operable actuator, which is operatively connected to the pump in order to achieve a pump stroke. A spring accumulator is pre-stressed by movement of the actuator and released by a triggering unit as a function of an actuating stroke of the actuating device in order to enable a metering stroke of the pump device to be carried out. The pump has a buffer chamber which, in the event of an actuating stroke, receives a metered volume from the metering chamber and out of which the metered volume is discharged to the metering opening during a metering stroke. The volume of the buffer chamber can be changed by a metering piston, to which the spring accumulator is operatively connected. The metering chamber is configured as an annular chamber of variable volume which coaxially surrounds the buffer chamber. The spring accumulator is arranged axially between the metering opening and the reservoir.
