Abstract (en)
The testing apparatus (1) has a suction box (2) connected to a vacuum cleaner (3) and closed by a plate (5) and a cap (7) on a tube (6) to which the brush head is fitted. A manometer (4) measures the vacuum pressure. The pressure difference with and without the brush head is a measure of the efficiency of the system.
