Abstract (en)

The unit for the applying of a flowing liquid film over the width of a continuously pre-moved product sheet (6) has a time-activated pump and a liquid distribution unit with a liquid distribution chamber connected to the pump. The unit has two application devices (A,B) installed one behind the other and each with a pump by which they are supplied with liquid. The pumps of the two devices for the feed of the respective application liquid are controlled in such a way that the actual distance between the application devices with regard to the time-activated application activity is optimized in the sense of a shortened empty run for the product sheet. An independent claim is included for a control unit for the two application devices through which the region of the product sheet not wetted by one of the application liquids comes to only a few centimeters.

Abstract (de)

Für einen Farbwechsel bei einem Aufgießsystem sind zwei Auftragsvorrichtungen (A,B) hintereinander vorgesehen, die nicht gemeinsam zur gleichen Zeit für die Färbung tätig sind. Eine der beiden Vorrichtung ist durch Stoppen der Pumpen für die Färbung Färbeflüssigkeit für die Produktion stillgelegt und wird in der Ruhezeit gereinigt und mit der neun Farbflüssigkeit versorgt. Zum exakten Filmabriss an der bisher tätigen Vorrichtung dient nicht nur das Stoppen der Pumpe, sondern auch eine Flüssigkeitsumlenkschiene (17), die die noch ablaufende Flüssigkeit in eine Auffangwanne (15) umlenkt. Dies bewirkt ein scharfkantiges Ende des bisherigen Auftrags und auch einen scharfkantigen Start des neuen Auftrags.
