Abstract (en)
The device has a fixing unit (106) with a base (208) pierced with a hole (202) in order to fit the device, along the direction (X1) of the base, on picots of a fencing unit. Flexible fingers (204) are arranged in the hole to maintain the device on the picots. The hole is unblocked for permitting the inner side of the base (208) to abut on a horizontal bar of the fencing unit. An independent claim is also included for a fencing unit.
