Said dispenser is characterised in that the reservoir (10) is defined inside the end piece, at a first end, by the valve (2), and, at the other end, by the piston (3), said piston forming a stopper screwed onto a threaded axial rod (41) fixed to a base (4) which is rotatably connected to the end piece (1).
