[origin: WO2004094505A1] The invention relates to stabilizers which are synthesized from structural units (I) to (III), namely of: (I) a highly branched polymer with functional groups B serving as a highly branched anchor group; (II) one or more active substance groups, which protect plastics from damage caused by heat, UV radiation, oxidation, hydrolysis or mechanical action during processing, whereby the active substance groups are coupled to the anchor group via functional groups D, which can react with functional groups B; (III) optionally, one or more auxiliary groups, which modify the properties of the stabilizer, whereby the auxiliary groups are coupled to the anchor group via functional groups E, which can react with functional groups B.
