Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1621511A2] The device (100) has a lock (102) with a bolt (104) driven by a lever (132) between a locking position and an unlocking position of an elevator door. A lever (124) is controlled by a mobile cam (106) that controls a dog (134). The dog integrates the levers, when the cam moves from the locking position to the unlocking position, and disintegrates the levers when the cam moves from the unlocking position to the locking position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an elevator assembly comprising a locking and unlocking device for an elevator door (B) a method of unlocking an elevator door.
