Abstract (en)
The device has an anti-tilting stop (12) housed in an upper guiding rail (7) guiding a sliding door (1). The stop is mounted near a proximal edge (1b) when the door is in a maximum open position and reduces an upper space for sliding and/or rotating units, to limit tilting of the door. The dimensions of the stop are provided such that the stop does not avoid displacement of the rotating units in the guiding rail. An independent claim is also included for a motor vehicle having a sliding door.

L'invention concerne un dispositif anti-basculement pour une porte coulissante (1) de véhicule automobile, ladite porte (1) étant guidée par au moins un rail de guidage (6,7) dans lequel se déplace au moins un élément coulissant et/ou roulant (22) solidaire de ladite porte (1), ladite porte (1) présentant un bord proximal (1b) et un bord distal (1a), ledit bord distal (1a) étant le plus éloigné, en position ouverte, de l'ouverture (3) obturée par ladite porte (1) en position fermée. Selon l'invention, un tel dispositif comprend une butée d'anti-basculement (12) logée dans ledit rail de guidage (7), montée de façon à se trouver au voisinage dudit bord proximal (1b), lorsque ladite porte (1) se trouve en position ouverte maximale, et destinée à réduire l'espace supérieur disponible pour au moins un desdits éléments coulissants et/ou roulants (22), de façon à limiter le basculement de ladite porte dû à l'arrivée en fin de course d'ouverture contre une butée d'arrêt, les dimensions de ladite butée d'anti-basculement étant telles qu'elle n'empêche pas le déplacement d'un élément coulissant et/ou roulant dans ledit rail.
