Abstract (en)
The frame assembly, for a door or window, has a panel or pane frame (1) and a frame (2) for mounting at the wall with a wood section (3) and a metal profile (7a). The metal profile is mounted with movement at the end (7b) of the wood section towards the window opening. The metal profile and the end of the wood section are shaped so that the metal profile has a back-sprung movement parallel to the building wall. A sealing strip (8) is at the outer side.
