Abstract (en)

The device drives a rock borer or cutter through a guide or support tube (1) that is centered relative to the guide tube. The guide tube has a supporting ring (4) in its leading end region with a supporting surface (5) at its free end for a torque tube (8) with a matching slide surface (6) enclosing the guide tube with an annular space (9) in which two bellows bodies (10) are arranged and connected to pressure sources.
