Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1624131A2] The insulating plate (3) has a thermal conductivity of less than 0.042 W/mK, preferably 0.035 W/mK. It is made of foamable plastics, preferably "neopore" material. Protrusions (5) at the outer surface (21) of the insulating plate are narrower than at the base (7). An independent claim is included for a method of attaching clinker facade bricks to a wall.
