The device has a fixing unit (2) for fixing the device to an upper part of a building, and a horizontal poster support (3) equipped with a fixing unit (4) for fixing an AF display. An elastic cord (6) connects the fixing unit (2) to the poster support, such that one length of the elastic chord defines a display position and another length greater than the former length defines a display change position.

Un dispositif d'affichage (1) comporte : - un premier moyen de fixation (2) du dispositif d'affichage, en particulier pour la fixation à un élément haut de bâtiment, et - un support d'affiche (3) sensiblement horizontal muni d'un second moyen de fixation (4) pour une affiche. Le dispositif comporte en outre une corde élastique (6) couplant le premier moyen de fixation (2) du dispositif d'affichage au support d'affiche (3) de sorte qu'une première longueur de la corde élastique définit une position d'affichage et une seconde longueur supérieure à la première longueur définit une position de changement d'affiche.
