It has a flywheel (35) for storage of energy and a power distributor (26) connected to the stator. A secondary electric motor (27) has a second rotor and stator connected to the distributor and mechanically via a shaft (37) to the flywheel. The flywheel has a diameter of ten to twenty five centimeters.
