[origin: WO2004106931A1] The method for analyzing and/or detecting the type and/or quantity of at least one sample substance is characterized by the following features: pre-dosed quantities of carrier particles are prepared, which are loaded with probe/detector molecules and dried, and which are different with regard to size and/or color (color type and/or color intensity). These carrier particles are either: (i) brought into contact with a liquid that contains the sample substance(s) to be analyzed or detected, whereby the sample substance(s) is/are marked with one and/or more defined marking quantities or they are; (ii) simultaneously or sequentially brought into contact with sample substance(s) and with marker/reporter substance(s) that are located in the same or different liquids. After one or more reaction times, the quantity and/or color of the carrier particle and at least one marking quantity of the sample substance(s) and/or marker/reporter substance(s) are analyzed, and the type and/or amount of sample substance(s) can be concluded based on this analysis. The testing system is characterized in that it comprises carrier particles, which are loaded with probe or detector molecules and which are different with regard to size and/or color.
