[origin: EP1630269A2] A yarn guide (11) for separating commonly supplied individual yarns before twisting to a multiple yarn, with yarn guide roses arranged symmetrically around the spindle hole axis and having an assigned individual yarn, has at least two groups of slit-form guide roses (8,9; 19,20,21) with differing numbers of roses. Each group is provided with a common feed of the appropriate number of individual yarns, and the groups have characteristics (specifically different colors) to aid in the supply of the individual yarns to the correct group.
